Children’s Innovative Therapy Group, LLC (CITG) is a pediatric speech-language therapy practice located in Bethesda, Maryland serving the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area.

CITG provides a full scope of speech-language and feeding therapy services which include:

  • Individual and group speech, language, and feeding therapy at our office
  • School observations and consultations to support a child’s acquisition of speech and language skills
  • Collaboration with families to establish the best therapy home program for your child

Our Philosophy

Janice Hay conducting therapyIt is the mission at CITG to provide state-of-the-art diagnostic, therapy, CITG Therapy Roomand consultative speech-language services where each child’s individual differences, their unique gifts and challenges, are taken into account so the child makes the best progress possible. CITG specializes in working with children from birth through adolescence. Our staff has expertise in providing therapy to children with a wide range of developmental delays including autism spectrum disorder, apraxia of speech, cognitive delays, a variety of syndromes, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, ADHD, executive dysfunction, dyslexia, and seizure disorders.
